Taking a Snapshot

You can use the JNIOR Support Tool to gather log files. We call this taking a 'Snapshot'. Snapshots are easy to take.
  • Open the Support Tool.
  • Go to the Snapshot tab to the right.
  • Click Take Snapshot in the upper left. (You can optionally define a filter using the filter button. There is a quick link to get just the log files.)
  • The resulting zip file will open in the tree view on the left.
  • You can right click on the zip and click 'Show in Folder'. From there you can email the zip to INTEG if you require additional support.
